2.01 Object and eligibility
• The promotion consists of a complimentary 15 ml perfume of the customer's choice (or similar), available for a payment of just $2.99 (reflecting a reduced shipping rate) plus applicable tax; a pack of 5 random free samples is also included, while supplies last.
• Participation in this promotion is limited to individuals (excluding professional clients) aged 18 or older who reside in the following four U.S. states: California, Texas, New York, and Florida. Participants must not have previously purchased from the Yodeyma United States website or participated in prior Yodeyma United States promotions involving the distribution of free samples or perfumes.

• One unit per person and per household/address.
• The promotion is limited to one valid request per: full name/company name, delivery address (including variations in spelling, floor, apartment/unit number, building block, or residential complex), email address, phone number, and payment method.
• Multiple requests shall be deemed to correspond to the same person or address if they share at least one of these identifiers or if, despite appearing distinct, there is reasonable evidence that they belong to the same ultimate beneficiary.
2.03 "New customer" status
• Participation is limited to individuals who have not previously made purchases on the Yodeyma United States website and have not previously benefited from this or any other equivalent promotion by Yodeyma or Nyad Care & Beauty Inc.
• The organizer may verify this condition by cross-referencing data from previous orders and campaigns (full name or company name, address, email, telephone number, and payment method).
2.04 Detection of duplicates and fraud
• Any order that matches another in terms of delivery address (including variations), telephone number, email, or payment method will be considered a duplicate request, as will orders that—despite using different details—correspond to the same person or address.
• The organizer may cancel—without prior notice—orders that are duplicate, fraudulent, or in violation of these conditions (including the use of temporary email addresses or false/incomplete data). In such cases, any shipping costs paid will be fully refunded.
2.05 Data accuracy
• The participant must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Accuracy of the information is required for participation in the promotion and the shipment of products.
2.06 Cannot be combined or exchanged
• This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or codes.
• The benefit is not redeemable for cash or for products other than those specified in the specific terms and conditions.
2.07 Expenses and taxation
• Costs not expressly included as free of charge (e.g., shipping, applicable taxes) shall be borne by the participant.

Participants shall not be entitled to make any claims on these grounds.
2.10 Protection of personal data
• Data provided by the participant—such as name, address, and mobile phone number—will be processed by NYAD CARE & BEAUTY INC. for the purpose of registering and processing orders and shipping products.
• NYAD CARE & BEAUTY INC. may use the participant's personal data, such as phone number and email address, to send commercial communications regarding perfumes and cosmetics, unless the participant objects to receiving such communications. The participant may object to receiving commercial communications at any time.
• NYAD CARE & BEAUTY INC. will share data with other companies when necessary to carry out the promotion. Specifically, NYAD CARE & BEAUTY INC. will share personal data with parcel delivery service providers for product shipping, and with OVERDATO CALLCENTER SERVICES, S.L., a provider of cloud, IT, and marketing services.
